ITSMO prende spunto dal glossario dei termini ITIL ®, definendo semanticamente un ampio insieme di concetti che includono “Configuration Item”, “IT service” e “Process”.</span></p> <p>ITSMO è sviluppata da E-Artspace ed è disponibile con licenza Creative Common.</p>
